Dathonga Design is proud to offer a one-year repair policy for all of its products. This policy covers damage that occurs during shipping or from normal wear and tear.

What is covered by the warranty?

The warranty covers the following types of damage:
Rips and tears in the fabric;
Broken zippers and clasps;
Faded or discolored fabric;
Damaged stitching.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover the following types of damage:
Accidental damage, such as dropping the bag or scratching it;
Damage caused by misuse, such as overloading the bag or using it for purposes other than what it is intended for or leaving it ;outside in the rain;
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as fading or pilling of the fabric.

How to make a warranty claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact Dathonga Design customer service at or +258 84 806 3564. Please have your order number and proof of purchase ready.

Repair options

Dathonga Design will repair or replace your bag at its discretion. If your bag is damaged beyond repair, you will be given the option to purchase a replacement basket, or any accessories at a discounted price.

Shipping costs

Dathonga Design will pay for shipping costs for both the damaged bag and the repaired or replacement bag in guaranty. But will not pay shipping for bags out of guaranty.
